Job Identification

To manage end-to-end processes for CCINEXT and Kırmızı Kumbara applications, including content, catalog, communication, and partnership activities; ensure seamless coordination with agencies and business partners; and execute campaigns and content effectively through digital communication channels.

 

CCINext is a B2B application developed for Coca-Cola İçecek's customers.

What We Expect

CCINEXT Application Management

  • Manage and update application content regularly
  • Monitor the transfer of offline priorities to online channels
  • Coordinate daily operations with agencies
  • Develop and implement content and campaign calendars
  • Plan, execute, and track performance of push notifications, SMS, and email communications

Kırmızı Kumbara Catalog Management

  • Manage suppliers and brands featured in the application catalog
  • Ensure catalog content is accurate and up-to-date
  • Handle operational processes with suppliers
  • Track contracts, invoicing, and payment processes

Brand Partnership Management

  • Strengthen existing partnerships
  • Establish new agreements with brands and companies based on customer needs
  • Manage partnership processes end-to-end
  • Ensure coordination between agencies and internal teams

Technical Skills & Tools

  • Required: Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Preferred: Google Analytics, AWS, SEO knowledge

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in digital content, mobile applications, or CRM-focused roles
  • Ability to manage operational processes end-to-end
  • Strong planning, tracking, and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
