Мы находимся в поисках Химика в команду Supply Chain в Казахстане.
Основные обязанности
- выполнять химические анализы, физико-химические, механические испытания и другие исследования с целью обеспечения лабораторного контроля соответствия качества сырья, материалов, готовой продукции действующим стандартам и техническим условиям;
- изучать и знать процедуры и инструкции относящихся к отделу качества (продукция, сырье,углекислый газ, вода, сироп);
- оформлять результаты анализов и испытаний, вести их учет, составлять техническую документацию по выполненным работам на производстве и на входном контроле;
- осуществлять и инициировать корректирующие и превентивные действия по результатам анализов и испытаний в пределах своей компетенции;
- следить за исправным состоянием установок, приборов, инструментов и другого лабораторного оборудования, выполнять регулировку и настройку оборудования;
- обеспечить надлежащее санитарное состояние лаборатории;
- своевременно извещать химиков и старших химиков по категории выше о результатах анализов и испытаний;
- своевременно идентифицировать и обеспечить контроль за обнаруженной несоответствующей продукцией, обеспечить своевременные испытания материалов на линии;
Квалификационные требования
Высшее образование. Стаж работы- минимум 1 год.
- Знание нормативной и методической документации по проведению лабораторных работ;
- Знание основнхе технологических процессов и режимов производства;
- Знание оборудования лаборатории, принципы его работы и правила эксплуатации;
- Знание правил оформления технической документации;
- Знание спецификации поставщика и стандарты Компании на поставляемое сырье и материалы;
- Знание правил и норм охраны труда, техники безопасности, производственной санитарии, противопожарной защиты и охраны окружающей среды.
- Компьютерные навыки: MS Office, Excel

What you'll do
- The Qualified Operator will perform chemical analyses and physical-chemical tests to ensure quality control of raw materials and finished products. They will also maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
