Procurement Category Specialist
We are now seeking for a Procurement Specialist to be a part of our CCI Turkey Procurement Team, in İzmir. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below:
What We Expect
- Following up the market by providing analysis and reports for weekly/monthly/yearly basis
- Managing tender relationships effectively, developing alternatives constantly and sourcing tenders both locally and globally
- Organizing, tracking and controlling the execution of purchasing process in coordination with other departments.
- Preparing reliable and sustainable cost saving projects
- Being responsible from all operational purchasing processes to meet within CCI policies and audit expectations.
- Create monthly procurement reports in line with targeted KPIs.
- Arrange /involve in periodically meetings with internal customers, to understand their needs and to obtain high level satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Social Sciences, Business Administration and Engineering)
- Min 2-3 years of experience in purchasing
- Advanced level of Excel skills, preferably an SAP user
- Advanced level of English
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills,
- Experienced in building and maintaining effective internal customer and supplier relationships
- Multi-tasking / Effective time management
- No travel restriction
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Procurement / Negotiation experience
- Having knowledge about the effects of costs and financials
