About This Opportunity
Engineer is a position responsible for the correct and efficient operation and maintenance of the production lines to meet set production targets and Company KPIs in coordination with SC Manager. The overall objective of this role is to ensure management of the assigned production site in accordance with applicable country legislation and Company’s policies and procedures and directly reporting to Production Supervisor.
What You Can Expect from The Role
- Ensure management of the assigned production site in accordance with applicable country legislation and Company’s policies and procedures
- Ensure that the fulfilment of production targets
- Organize production and work of the shifts in accordance with the production plan
- Prepare and maintain all necessary technical documentation, make engineering drawings
- Take part in the work to identify the reserves of production by number, quality and range of products, in the development of measures to create favorable working conditions, improve the production culture, rational use of working time and production equipment and increasing teamwork
- Monitor compliance of employees with the rules of health and safety, industrial and labor discipline, internal labor regulations, facilitate creation of mutual assistance and discretion in the team, development of a sense of responsibility among the workers and the interest in timely and qualitative performance of production targets
- Monitor compliance with the maintenance plan and preventive maintenance of production equipment, identify malfunctions and ensure timely repairs with minimal downtime
- Organize work to improve the abilities and professional skills of workers, train how to maintain and repair the equipment, train them second and related professions, conduct coaching of the team, develop successors
- Participate in the development and implementation of measures for the production of competitive products, a systematic analysis of its quality
- Control correct and timely processing of primary documents in terms of receiving and issuing work, idle time for workers and equipment, information on the performance of the production program
- Verify compliance of operators with technological processes and stop the work in cases of non-compliance with its established technological processes, operating modes, etc.
- Systematically check condition of equipment and fences, instruct operators and check their knowledge of safety regulations, industrial hygiene, fire safety, rules and standards of health and safety
- Ensure compliance with working labor and production discipline, cleanliness and order in the workplace
- Cooperate with quality assurance department to test the quality of products, study the causes of defects, develop and implement measures to eliminate them
- Take part in the development of operating instructions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or electrical and electronics engineering);
- Advanced knowledge level of English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Working knowledge of SAP is preferrable;
- Technical skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Ability to lead and direct;
- Drive for results.
- Proficiency both in Russian and Turkmen languages.
- Experience in production is preferred.
