Why you'll love it!
At Coborn’s, we believe great things start with fresh foundations and the Commissary Staging Lead is truly the link in the chain that keeps everything rolling. This role is at the heart of our commissary operation, ensuring products move seamlessly from production to staging and are perfectly prepped for on-time delivery to our retail locations. If you love staying organized, leading a team, and keeping things running like a well-oiled (and well-chilled) machine, this role is right up your aisle.
The Staging Lead coordinates daily staging workflows, keeping a close eye on processes and outcomes to support productivity, quality, and food safety while following all company policies and procedures. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert for staging equipment and quality standards, making sure everything is set up for success and nothing gets left on the loading dock.
In this role, you’ll also act as a trusted resource and mentor to staging associates, stepping in with guidance and support when the Assistant Commissary Manager is not available. You’ll partner closely with leadership to uphold food safety and quality systems, assist with audits and training, and champion service excellence for our retail stores by ensuring accurate orders, quality products, and timely issue resolution.
At the end of the day, the Commissary Staging Lead helps keep our operation fresh, fast, and on point so our stores can shine. It’s a role where your leadership makes a real impact and where you can truly say you’re helping Coborn’s deliver excellence, one perfectly staged pallet at a time.
