Position Title: Executive - Manufacturing
Location: Panoli, India
Role Purpose:
- To carry out actions to achieve assigned KPI targets
- To perform regular administrative jobs related to shift management
- To lead improvement and cost control initiatives
- To maintain general discipline and decorum in the department and create an atmosphere of Positive team work.
- To initiate actions for subordinate development
- To perform scheduled Process control and Quality control checks
- To maintain machinery in the department in good condition.
- To be aware of department performance data with a view to achieve continual improvement.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- Any Graduate, preferred B.Tech Textile. To have minimum experience of 1 year on Finishing Shop Floor.
Essential:
- To have College level education and 3 years’ experience as an operator in Finishing Department.
- To know basic properties of sewing thread.
- To have detailed technical and operational knowledge of all Finishing machinery.
- To Have knowledge of safe and risk-free operation of Finishing machinery.
- To have clear idea about Finishing machine capacity and IE standards of workload allocation and output.
- To know Finishing Process Control and Quality Control.
- To have good written and verbal communication skill in English and in local language.
- To have knowledge of SAP related to the job.
- To be trained in H&S Management system.
