About this role

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Shipper/Receiver I on a permanent basis on our Facilities Design and Development team.

This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.

What you’ll do:

  • Fills, checks and packs orders for shipment.

  • Unloads incoming merchandise by hand or using forklifts and checks piece counts and freight damage, marks receiving documents as required following standard procedures.

  • Refills stock locations as required from overstock or new shipments.

  • Rotates merchandise as needed on a first-in, first-out basis.

  • Loads outgoing merchandise by hand or use forklifts as required onto common carriers, couriers and FCL trucks and completes all necessary shipping documentation.

  • Fills orders and document paperwork for walk-in customers as required.

  • Supports Shipper/Receiver II as required.

  • Notifies Inventory Coordinator and supervisor of low stock of major merchandise.

  • Handles all warehousing duties related to the petroleum equipment exchange program for core valued and warranty items.

  • Assists in housekeeping duties of warehouse, storage shed and storage compound.                                   

  • Other duties as assigned.

The Team: You will work closely with the Supply Chain team and will report to the Supervisor, Inventory & Materials Management.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

  • Have 1 year of related experience
  • Have a High School diploma 
  • Possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
  • Must obtain a forklift operator’s safety certificate
