Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of full-time Pump Attendant at our at our C-Store/Gas Bar location in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Fuel customer vehicles accurately and safely.
• Operate fuel pumps and authorize payments.
• Clean vehicle windshields and check fluid levels upon request.
• Maintain cleanliness of the gas pump area, including trash removal and wiping spills.
• Assist with stock and light cleaning duties in store as specified by the team leader.
• Knowledge and understanding of the pumps, propane.
• Report maintenance or safety issue to management immediately.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service:
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), previous customer service or retail experience is an asset.
• You can work unsupervised, plan and organize your own work.
• You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have an ability to fulfill physical job requirements – standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly.
• You can work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
• You have a flexible work schedule; this position does require evening and weekend shifts.
• You must be willing to obtain WHMIS, propane dispensing certifications.
