What you’ll do:

Operating in a diverse and highly competitive retail environment, the Team Member will perform their responsibilities in line with our Core Values and Brand, including but not limited to:

• You will contribute to providing Services in a diverse number of areas such as: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Coaching, Performance Management, Training and Development, Investigations, Employee Relations, and Total Rewards; 

• You will be required maintain a high level of confidentiality, positivity and reliability.

• You will ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, professional standards and applicable laws and regulation;

• You will participate in updating work documents;

• You will provide support for compensation & benefits, health & safety, employee wellness, attendance management, diversity & inclusion and job profile maintenance;

• You will be required to run reports and meet deadlines;

• Supporting departmental operations, including planning and booking meeting rooms, ordering supplies, and coordinating services for events and training.

• File HR and Health & Safety documentation and maintain spreadsheets for tracking certifications, compliance, and reporting.

• Support Team Member requests, claims, invoices, expenses and general administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and Senior Management.

• Assisting with planning special events such as the annual service awards, and other extracurricular happenings

• Other projects and assignments as required.

Who you are: 

This is a full-time position, requiring approximately 40 hours per week, with travel throughout our trading area.

Commitment to ongoing development in the industry and relevant experience preferred. We are looking for a positive, approachable, and motivated individual with a drive to learn. Candidates will demonstrate the following:   

• Previous experience with recruitment and other related duties.

• Ability to provide a clean drivers abstract and operate a company vehicle.

• Administrative experience working with all types of computer programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Understanding of our Values (Integrity, Community, Teamwork).

• Professional, people-first, Guest service skills.

• Ability to work effectively with all other Team Members.

• Are a results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.

• A belief in building relationships, effectively encouraging others, and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most.

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
