  • Support business leaders to develop and implement proactive risk management plans, including contingency strategies and risk registers.

  • Prepare regular risk reports for stakeholders, communicating key findings, impacts, and recommended actions to support informed decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party providers to align on risk expectations and help foster a culture of risk awareness and accountability across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS).

  • Align ERM approaches with industry-specific risk, safety, and compliance regulatory frameworks and best practices, continuously updating knowledge to strengthen organizational resilience.

Who you’ll work with:

What we offer:

  • Competitive salaries, short-term incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer-contributed pension plan.

  • Encouragement to take advantage of learning opportunities to grow and develop as a Team Member.
