What you’ll do: You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through: 

• Cashiering – Processing transactions through the Point-of-Sale system. 
• Petroleum duties – Provide full service at the fuel pumps including dispensing fuel, washing windows and checking oil. 
• Yard duties – Load, secure, deliver and unload customer building material orders. Prepare customer orders through cutting and measuring products. 
• Stocking – Unload freight, stock and face products within the store and yard. 

Who you are: You are looking for a career in Home & Building Products and: 

• Have a Class 5 driver’s license – (must possess a valid Class 5 Driver license and maintain a valid license throughout employment). 
• You have retail experience in the areas of customer service, point of sale operation, and merchandising. 
• You’re familiar with operating power tools and power mobile equipment including forklifts (retail is willing to train). 
• You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel. 
• You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends and be available for call-ins. 
• You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. 
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
