Sr UI/UX Front-End Designer/Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr UI/UX Front-End Designer/Developer to join our team and create intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces. The ideal candidate will combine strong design sensibilities with front-end development expertise to deliver seamless digital experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional designs.
  • Develop and maintain front-end components using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Integrate designs within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize performance for various devices.
  • Utilize GitLab for version control and manage code repositories effectively.
  • Work with NPM for package management and build processes.
  • Apply best practices in accessibility and usability to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate on design systems and prototypes using Figma.

Required Technical Skills

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – experience in component development and integration.
  • React, JavaScript, TypeScript – strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and languages.
  • HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Design principles.
  • Familiarity with NPM and front-end build tools.
  • Knowledge of GitLab for source control and CI/CD workflows.
  • Basic experience with Figma for UI design and prototyping.

  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250  - $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
