We are currently recruiting for Czech speaking Sales & Marketing Agents to one of the biggest social media platforms in the world.

In our office in Berlin, 1950 employees in over 12 languages take over the communication via phone, chat or mail processing with the customers of our client.

We can only hire EU citizens or candidates who have a valid work permit to work fulltime hours in Germany.

What we offer:

• Salary of € 2750 monthly/ €33,000 per year
• Up to € 687 monthly performance bonus large
• Relocation support of up to €1500 from outside Germany and €700 from within Germany, depending on current location (minimum 100 km to Berlin)

Your tasks:

• Analysis of marketing campaigns for your existing customers (small and medium-sized companies).
• Answering customer inquiries about the social media platform and its products. Assistance in achieving advertising goals and budget improvement.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Implementation and success control of digital campaigns of your existing customers. Providing feedback and recommendations on marketing campaigns.
• Early detection of campaign trends and escalation of challenging campaign developments.

Experiences:

• Fluency in Czech and very good command of English (at least B2 level)
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, you should have a commercial mindset, be strongly sales driven, and possess entrepreneurial thinking and strong influential skills
• Experience in social media and/or digital marketing is a plus.
• You work on site in the office in Berlin.
• Strong sales-oriented outlook, entrepreneurial thinking and “go the extra mile” attitude
• Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
