💼 Core Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to end recruitment processes.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform background checks.
  • Advise hiring managers on candidate selections and assist in compensation negotiations.
  • Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
  • Use ATS and different trackers to prepare recruitment reports.
  • Play a representative role at job fairs and career days.
  • Promote the company positively to candidates and uphold ethical recruiting standards.

   

👤 Candidate Profile 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of German at B2/C1 level and knowledge of English at B2/ C1 level.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment.
  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
  • Knowledge of the Workday system is nice to have.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model from our office in Katowice.
