Your mission as a Customer Advisor
Your main role will be to act as the primary contact for our customers. You will be responsible for:
Supporting prospects and customers by resolving issues or providing information.
Actively contributing to promoting our brand image and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Effectively managing complaints.
Being an ambassador for customer satisfaction!
How will you do this? Through inbound calls, emails, letters, and potentially interactions via social media. (No cold calling involved!)

Our recruitment process
