We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team in Bristol and provide administrative support to our Talent Acquisition (Experienced Hires) team. In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:
- Arranging and coordinating candidate interviews and assessments for vacancies across our UK offices.
- Responsible for the hire and onboarding process for all new experienced hires to our UK offices, including right to work verification, arranging new joiner buddies and liaising with our IT team regarding IT equipment.
- Coordinating the pre-employment screening process in conjunction with our external suppliers and actioning screening results with regard to team and company protocols.
- Responding to queries from the shared Talent Acquisition mailbox and Workday Help portal.
- Preparing recruitment data as required.
-Effectively supporting our Talent Specialist team, candidates and hiring managers with recruitment related matters.
- Ensuring HR folders are kept up to date with required new joiner documentation including screening reports, health declarations, right to work documents and certifications.
- Responsible for working accurately, adhering to team processes to ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience.
