About the role
The Senior HR Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of global human resources processes. You are responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing continuous improvement HR initiatives that align with the Firm's strategic goals. This is a delivery focussed role and would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on. The Senior HR Continuous Improvement Manager will collaborate with various teams to streamline HR operations, improve the employee experience, and drive organizational excellence. Line management responsibility for two HR Project Managers and two HR Process Leads.
You will be a key member of the HR Service Leadership team and will report to the Head of HR Service Delivery.
Analyze current HR processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, including automation and standardization.
Monitor the effectiveness of new and existing HR processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
Collaborate with HR teams to gather feedback and implement changes that enhance service delivery.
Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Manage HR continuous improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
Manage the delivery of the HR BAU cycle firmwide processes e.g. performance, training etc
Develop project plans, set milestones and deliver against plans effectively.
Track project progress, manage and mitigate risks, and escalate issues that arise.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR teams, senior management, and external vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for HR initiatives
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and drive consensus on improvement projects.
At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on process improvement, project management, or change management.
Proven track record of successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives within an HR environment.
Stakeholder management experience at all levels.
Proven experience of delivering sustainable and measurable improvement in efficiency and client service in professional services, financial services or law firm environments.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
