Are you a Reward Analyst who is looking for a new and exciting role in a busy Reward & Benefits team?
As Reward Analyst at CMS you will support in delivering all annual compensation events (including annual salary & bonus reviews and pay gap reporting), conducting regular and ad-hoc data analysis and completing other BAU reward activities such as role benchmarking, external market survey submissions and responding to queries.
About the team:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy Reward & Benefits team, on a 12m FTC, during a period of transformation, including the delivery of Advanced Compensation in Workday and significant global Reward projects.
Key responsibilities:
· Support with the submission of salary surveys for the UK and international offices, analyse survey outputs and provide the business with accurate market benchmarking data
· Conduct detailed analyses and review market data to support the Reward team in ensuring that the company remains competitive in the relevant market
· Support in the delivery of the global salary and bonus review cycles, providing market analysis to support during the process and in the completion of any post-annual review cycle analysis
· Support with the delivery of data to deliver annual pay gap and EU pay transparency reporting, providing data analysis as required
· Respond to queries related to policies and processes, escalating as required
· Support the ongoing development of Workday Advanced Compensation
Essential qualifications/skills/competencies:
· Experience of role benchmarking and evaluation
· Experience of working directly with the Business in a Reward or similar analytics role
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and explain complex market data and draw conclusions
· Strong proficiency in Excel
· Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills
Desirable qualifications/skills/experience:
· Experience of PowerBI, VBA and SQL or a willingness to learn
· Experience of salary benchmarking for roles outside the UK
· Previous experience of pay gap reporting
