About the role

This role presents a great opportunity to join a growing team with an extensive track record of delivering top-tier legal services to a varied and prestigious client base. The team handles a wide variety of work involving corporate, commercial and competition law matters including incorporating legal entities, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agency, distribution and franchising, commercial contracts as well as corporate restructurings and liquidations. A broad range of sectors are covered including the advertising and media, education, healthcare, trade, transport and logistic sectors.

The ideal individual will have outstanding academic credentials and proven experience (6+PQE) in a firm well regarded for providing corporate law services. A robust grasp of company law principles, combined with keen analytical ability, top level work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, is vital. M&A, Capital Markets and IPO experience will all be beneficial to the role. 

The successful candidate should exhibit readiness to advise on complex transactions, delivering creative, pragmatic, and commercially astute solutions. Furthermore, the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, coupled with a desire to forge new client connections and develop a broad practice, will be essential attributes for success within this role.
