Level 4 Construction Quantity Surveying Technician Apprenticeship

We are looking to find ambitious individuals to join our apprenticeship programme in September 2026 and potentially develop their careers with us into leadership roles in the future. We will tailor your work experience and academic studies based on what qualifications you have when you join us.

This is a work-based apprenticeship, combined with day release at the academic provider. You will be supported and mentored throughout, following a structured programme to ensure you gain the foundation skills and personal development you need to excel in your role.

Progression to the Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship would be available to high performers, after successfully completing Level 4.

Quantity Surveying apprentices will spend time working with our central teams in Design; Planning; Commercial Services; Health and Safety and Environmental Services and our on-site teams around the UK following a structured programme to ensure you gain the foundation skills and personal development you need to excel in your role.

Rest assured, joining us as an apprentice is a proper job with real responsibilities. You’ll be challenged but will have the job satisfaction of knowing you are contributing to our business success.

Entry Requirements:

112 UCAS points from A levels, AS levels or BTEC Level 3 Diploma qualifications

GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Grade C, 4 or above.
