What You'll Do

  • Lead safe and efficient plant operations, ensuring the production of high‑quality precast products.
  • Implement and sustain the company safety program, including employee training, facility audits, and the development of safety procedures.
  • Coordinate all plant activities with department managers to meet production goals on time and within budget.
  • Oversee maintenance and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and facility performance.
  • Monitor and manage plant performance related to production output, quality standards, labor utilization, and operating costs.
  • Maintain plant facilities and equipment, recommending repairs, replacements, or upgrades as needed.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to production personnel, promoting safety, organization, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

  • Up to five (5) years of supervisory experience in a concrete manufacturing environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of industrial equipment and manufacturing processes, including process‑improvement methods.
  • Experience with concrete batch design; ACI certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Your Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
