Key Accountabilities
- Picking & Packing based on the order sheet by customer
- Checking on the quality & quantity items for receiving & releasing (import & export)
- WMS in/out and inventory records maintenance
- Issue resolution
- Liaising with Internal Customer Service or Warehouse Team Leader and external service provider/supplier
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager
- Mack sure the WMS 100% match the physical
- On time finish the VAS requirements from client
- Prepare docs for P&P
- Manage the 3PL for the daily operation
- Manage the warehouse stock
Job Requirement:
- Graduate of Middle School or above
- Minimum 3 year experience in warehouse operations
- Willing to work long hours and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Experience in driving of forklift with forklift truck license
- Knowledge of MS office
- Knowledge of simple English

What you'll do
- The Warehouse Operation Team Leader is responsible for picking and packing based on customer orders, checking the quality and quantity of items, and maintaining inventory records. They will also manage daily operations and liaise with internal and external teams.
