Votre rôle

En tant que Responsable Administratif Liner, vous êtes garant(e) de la fiabilité, de la conformité et de la performance des processus administratifs et financiers liés aux activités Liner, dans un environnement international complexe et en transformation.

Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la sécurisation des flux achats et ventes, la qualité de la facturation et le lien entre les opérations, la finance et la comptabilité. Vous accompagnez également la transition organisationnelle et l’évolution des processus dans un contexte de croissance et d’automatisation.

 

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Piloter les activités administratives liées aux achats et ventes, en garantissant la fiabilité des flux et des données financières.

  • Superviser les processus de facturation, avoirs et provisions, et assurer leur conformité.

  • Être garant(e) de la qualité des données transmises au controlling et à la comptabilité, notamment dans le cadre des clôtures mensuelles.

  • Construire, suivre et analyser les KPI et tableaux de bord financiers (qualité de facturation, DSO, performance administrative).

  • Accompagner la transition organisationnelle vers l’internalisation des activités

  • Participer activement à la transformation et à l’automatisation des processus administratifs et financiers.

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes opérations, finance, controlling et les parties prenantes groupe.

  • Accompagner les équipes dans un environnement exigeant, en favorisant la montée en compétences et l’amélioration continue.

 

Profil recherché

  • Expérience significative dans des fonctions administratives et/ou financières, idéalement dans un environnement international.

  • Solide compréhension des enjeux de facturation, contrôle des flux, clôtures financières et KPI.

  • Maîtrise de SAP et bon niveau sur Excel.

  • Aisance dans des environnements sous pression, avec une forte exigence opérationnelle.

  • Autonomie, rigueur, sens des responsabilités et esprit de collaboration.

  • Anglais courant indispensable.
