Estamos buscando incorporar un Técnico/a de RRHH que quiera continuar su desarrollo profesional en el área de Recursos Humanos y que tengan la inquietud de poder trabajar en todos los procesos del área enfocados a la atención personalizada a los empleados y en dar un mejor servicio a todos ellos. ¿QUÉ VAS A HACER?

Serás el punto de referencia clave en el centro logístico para la gestión de administración de personal y resolución de incidencias, asegurando siempre el cumplimiento del Convenio Colectivo.

Tus responsabilidades principales:

Gestión de Personal: Resolución proactiva de incidencias en nóminas, contratos, jornadas y fichajes.

Presencia en Planta: Soporte directo en el almacén para atender necesidades en tiempo real y asegurar la cultura de empresa.

Aplicación Normativa: Interpretación y asesoramiento sobre el Convenio aplicable.

Gestión Documental: relativa al área de RRHH.

Interlocución: Actuar como facilitador entre operaciones, mandos intermedios y trabajadores.¿QUÉ ESTAMOS BUSCANDO?

Formación: Grado en Relaciones Laborales y RRHH, Derecho o similar. Se valora postgrado en Administración de Personal.

Experiencia: Mínimo de 2-3 años en administración de personal, preferiblemente en entornos logísticos o industriales de gran volumen.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

Excel Avanzado y MS Office (imprescindible perfil analítico).Dominio profundo de normativa laboral y convenios sectoriales (específicamente Convenio de Logística de Toledo).Valoramos conocimientos en logística y transporte.

Idiomas: Castellano Avanzado / Inglés nivel medio.

Habilidades: Excelentes dotes de comunicación, capacidad de organización, visión estratégica y temple para la gestión de situaciones en planta.
