Estamos buscando un/a Business Process Excellence para nuestro centro de Azuqueca de Henares.Te incorporarás a nuestra división de Contract Logistics , asumiendo un rol clave para la transformación digital y la ventaja competitiva de la empresa.

Estamos buscando incorporar un líder estratégico responsable de diseñar, implementar y sostener el programa de Excelencia Operacional (OpEx) en toda nuestra cadena de suministro.Tu rol no solo optimizará procesos individuales, sino que establecerá la estructura de gobernanza, la metodología y la cultura necesarias para lograr la máxima eficiencia, calidad de servicio y rentabilidad en las operaciones logísticas.
¿QUÉ VAS A HACER?
Estrategia y Diseño del Programa de Excelencia:Desarrollar y comunicar la hoja de ruta de la Excelencia Operacional, alineándola con los objetivos estratégicos.Establecer un marco de Gobierno de Procesos (BPM Governance), incluyendo la definición de "Process Owners".Liderar la identificación y priorización de iniciativas de alto impacto y oportunidades de automatización.
Liderazgo de la Transformación y Mentoring:Dirigir proyectos complejos y multifuncionales de mejora (utilizando Six Sigma o Lean) con impacto financiero medible en almacén, transporte y planificación.Impulsar una cultura de mejora continua en todos los niveles, gestionando la resistencia al cambio.Actuar como mentor y coach para los equipos de analistas y "Process Owners", promoviendo capacidades en Lean y Six Sigma.
Sostenibilidad y Medición del Impacto:Asegurar que todas las iniciativas se midan por el impacto financiero directo (ROI) y la mejora de KPIs de servicio.Implementar un mecanismo de auditoría y feedback para garantizar que las ganancias de eficiencia sean sostenibles.Realizar benchmarking constante contra las mejores prácticas de la industria logística.
¿QUÉ ESTAMOS BUSCANDO?
Formación: Ingeniería de Organización Industrial, ADE, Logística o similar. Un Posgrado (MBA, Máster en Supply Chain o Gestión de Operaciones) es altamente valorado.
Experiencia: Mínimo de 7 a 10 años de experiencia liderando programas de Excelencia Operacional o Transformación de Negocios a gran escala. Al menos 3 años de enfoque directo en el sector logístico o Supply Chain.
Certificación valorable: Certificación activa como Six Sigma Black Belt (o Master Black Belt) o Lean Expert avanzada.Conocimientos Técnicos:Manejo experto de Excel, SAP y WMS.Capacidad para aplicar y enseñar principios DMAIC (Six Sigma) y Lean.Experiencia estableciendo marcos de BPM y KPIs.Competencia en tecnología logística (WMS/TMS/ERP).Conocimientos valorables: BPM, Business Analysis , software estadístico (Minitab).
Idiomas: Inglés fluido.
Competencias Clave: Liderazgo y estrategia , Pensamiento Sistémico , Gestión del Cambio a Gran Escala , Comunicación de Impacto y alta capacidad de organización.
