Business Analyst for CL is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support warehouse operations and contract logistics activities. This role ensures cost efficiency, compliance, and data-driven decision-making to optimize warehouse performance, cost and profitability.

7. Knowledge, Experience & Skills
The knowledge, experience and skills required to undertake the level at a fully competent level:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Logistics, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, or similar ERP platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
8. Work Environment
- Based at Ruhale Warehouse, with occasional travel to other sites as required.
- Collaborative, cross-functional team environment focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
