This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of performance management, employee relations, investigations, and HR policy application, while also improving and standardizing how these processes operate across the company. You’ll work closely with the Director, People Operations and senior leaders to support managers through performance issues, employee concerns, and complex people decisions.
