Employment Duration: 24-month contract
We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to lead and optimize our end-to-end programme recruitment processes. This role plays a key part in enhancing and driving talent recruitment projects, as well as acting as a brand ambassador for talent attraction purposes.
Programme Recruitment & Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for designated talent programmes, including demand planning, sourcing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding coordination
- Develop and execute annual recruitment strategies and timelines for designated talent programmes
- Ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Provide professional advisory on recruitment strategies, market trends, and selection methodologies
- Coordinate assessment centers, interview panels and selection exercises
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Support and execute employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives, including career talks, career fairs, university partnerships, and social media campaigns
- Represent CLP at recruitment and branding events as an employer ambassador
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to enhance CLP’s employer value proposition for early-career talents
- Support additional HR initiatives and projects as required

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in HR functions, preferably within a corporate environment; experience in programme hiring and campus recruitment is an advantage
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment programmes independently, with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-minded, and willing to learn, with the ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience recruiting talent from the Chinese Mainland and overseas market preferred
- Willingness to travel for recruitment and employer branding events, both within and outside of Hong Kong
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
