Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery ( Business Case Development, Design, Implementation and Closure)
- Plan and lead projects working with cross-functional teams( Onshore and Offshore) in IT and Business to deliver project outcomes using traditional waterfall, hybrid, or agile delivery models.
- Develop and maintain a detailed financial plan and resource allocation plan for the project.
- Deliver, maintain and update high-quality project artefacts, reporting, and documentation.
- Engage with and manage senior stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
- Support change management, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Identify and manage the project changes, risks and issues promptly that may impact project delivery.
- Maintain continuous communication with the stakeholders, working groups, and steering committee on the project status and project reporting.
- Promote continuous learning within the project team and a collaborative team environment.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members and champion best-practice delivery.
Requirements
- A recognised university degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IT Project Management methodologies
- At least 5+ years in project/program delivery within complex enterprise environments
- Experience managing large-scale technology projects ($10M+), navigating vendor-heavy projects/programs
- Proven experience in working with Executives and Senior Stakeholders
- Previous experience in contract/vendor negotiations and management
- Excellent communication skills, as well as influencing and leadership skills
- Professional project management certifications such as PMP and PRINCE2 are highly regarded.
