We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

As the Director of Nursing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the nursing department, implementing clinical best practices, and promoting a culture of excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities:

Providing leadership and direction to nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants. Developing and implementing nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote patient safety. Overseeing the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. Monitoring patient outcomes and quality indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancing patient care delivery. Providing mentorship, guidance, and support to nursing staff to foster professional growth and development. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate patient care and optimize health outcomes. Ensuring adequate staffing levels and managing nursing schedules to meet patient care needs effectively. Participating in performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and staff training initiatives to maintain a skilled and competent nursing team. Serving as a liaison between nursing staff, administration, residents, and families to facilitate communication and address concerns effectively.
