This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vital component of our expanding sales support function, which will support the contracting process for our existing customers.
We are looking for a Contract Management Specialist who is a team player, professional and solution focused. If you are driven by excellence, integrity and continuous improvement with great attention to detail. This really could be the role and culture for you.

Main responsibilities
Drafting of Amendments and Addendums to global contracts for existing customers
Responsible for managing and responding to internal ticketing system, or external customer requests/queries (Training provided for internal ticketing system)
Handling of data and file management for all customer-related contracts
Support maintenance of the team mailbox
Assist with checking go live date change requests via internal system (Full training provided)
Support manager with team and company related projects
Provide cover for manager by approving drafts of Amendment and Addendum via approval sheet and assigning tickets to the team (Full training provided)
This role follows hybrid work arrangement, 4x of onsite work per month. Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 3PM to 12MN.
Experience needed for this role
Previous customer service experience, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong communication, writing and reading skill in English
Strong IT proficiency, including the ability to use Word and Excel
Detail orientated – proof reading
Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple workstreams
Problem solving/Critical thinking
Ability to drive customer communication and build key relationships within the business
