Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.

- Listed pay of $80,000 includes base salary + bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success. Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
- Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions.
- Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead to project completion.
- Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel.
Requirements
- Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1-3 years
- No degree or certification is needed..
- Strong personal sales track record.
- Willing to follow our proven sales system.
- Communicates well with others.
- Mon - Sat*, 9am - 6pm
- Able to work rotating Saturdays*.
