Come be a part of our journey!</p></div><p><strong>NOTE: </strong>&nbsp;This position must be willing to work out of our Langfuse office in Berlin, Germany.</p> <p>We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us grow Langfuse and ClickHouse as we propel forward as a world-class, real-time data warehouse.&nbsp; We are seeking a recruiting professional who has hired for software engineering roles at a fast-growing start-up SaaS company.&nbsp; This person should have a passion for partnering with Cofounders and business leaders, and a genuine love for providing an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.&nbsp; The ideal person is proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they get a significant amount of autonomy and ownership.</p> <h3><strong>What you will do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Full life-cycle recruiting of software engineers, product designers, Go To Market, and support engineering roles primarily based in Germany and EMEA.</li> <li>Partner directly with Langfuse Cofounders and ClickHouse leaders to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics.</li> <li>Act as a consultant in hiring processes, leveraging the ATS, market awareness, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc.</li> <li>Identify, engage and secure top talent candidates (both passive and active).</li> <li>Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition.</li> <li>Maintain accurate data and reporting within our ATS to enable us to make informed decisions for improvement.</li> <li>Schedule virtual interviews and onsite interviews in Berlin; move candidates through their interviewing process in a timely manner, while remaining their point of contact for any questions.</li> <li>Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates.</li> <li>Provide excellent customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates.</li> <li>Coordinate onsite events and hiring meetups in Berlin.</li> <li>Partner with People Team colleagues to balance needs of the hiring managers with the overall Human Resources best practices for the company.</li> <li>Be an amazing person to collaborate with, so we all can improve and grow together.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you bring along:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of corporate/in-house recruiting experience, with at least 2 years recruiting for software engineering roles</li> <li>Experience partnering with, educating, and aligning hiring teams</li> <li>Experience with Greenhouse or Ashby Recruiting ATS</li> <li>End-to-end candidate lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Start-Up experience is required.</li> <li>High attention-to-detail; must demonstrate strong organization skills</li> <li>Enthusiasm for building-out recruiting processes and best practices</li> <li>“How can I help” attitude is key, with the ability to adapt easily to change, while wearing multiple hats</li> <li>Strong negotiation skills</li> <li>A bias for action and proactive approach to problem-solving</li> <li>Sourcing skills that span platforms (LinkedIn, Juicebox, internal databases, Boolean Searches, GitHub)</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h3><strong>Compensation</strong></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">For roles based in the&nbsp;<strong>United States</strong>, t</span>he typical starting salary range for this position is listed above.
