We’re looking for a seasoned <strong>Account Executive</strong> to help expand our customer base and shape the future of ClickHouse adoption for the Benelux / Nordics region.&nbsp; This is an exciting opportunity to join after the <strong>general availability of our serverless Cloud product</strong> and play a pivotal role in defining how it is positioned and adopted in the market.</p> <p>Our ideal candidate brings both <strong>business acumen and technical depth</strong>, capable of guiding customers with specialized expertise to help them achieve their objectives and unlock the full value of ClickHouse.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Identify and nurture opportunities, build pipeline, and close short term Cloud monthly contracts, while simultaneously developing a <strong>strategic Enterprise business</strong> with complex sales cycles.</li> <li>Evangelize ClickHouse’s vision and solutions to secure <strong>strategic commercial commitments</strong>.</li> <li>Take a <strong>solution-based approach</strong> to selling, delivering clear business value for customers.</li> <li>Champion the <strong>innovation behind ClickHouse Cloud</strong>, driving awareness and adoption.</li> <li>Manage customer details, including use cases, timelines, and forecasting, within Salesforce.</li> <li>Deliver accurate <strong>monthly business forecasts</strong>.</li> <li>Contribute to the ClickHouse ecosystem by engaging in local developer meetups and helping organize <strong>ClickHouse specific community events</strong>.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Proven ability to manage cross functional resources — from dedicated teams to executive staff, to drive successful outcomes.</li> <li>Expertise aligning <strong>cloud solutions</strong> with customer business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.</li> <li><strong>5+ of experience</strong> in open source software business models preferred; strong background in <strong>cloud and infrastructure software</strong> required.</li> <li>Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships and working cross-functionally in a diverse, global team.</li> <li>Excellent <strong>communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</strong>, with strong business and technical acumen.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven record of delivering results in fast moving environments.</li> <li>Experience working effectively in a <strong>remote-first, global organization</strong>.</li> <li>Prior success selling&nbsp;<strong>databases</strong> or deploying applications with major cloud providers.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>#LI-VR1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><h3><strong>Compensation</strong></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">For roles based in the&nbsp;<strong>United States</strong>, t</span>he typical starting salary range for this position is listed above.
