As a Revenue Cycle Management Analyst III, you will provide complex operational information to facilitate Revenue Cycle Management decision making and serve as an expert resource for the collection of data, analysis and evaluation of complex operational resources, services, programs, systems and procedures. 

A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Ohio or Florida, Monday - Friday from 8:00am—4:30pm.  

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Assist department and leadership in obtaining complex information from various financial, clinical and operational systems and data sources. 

  • Process complex department specific operational processes to ensure accurate and timely outcomes. 

  • Conduct complex analysis and evaluation of multiple current and proposed operational unit services and performance. 

  • Identifies multiple programs/service strengths, weaknesses and recommends strategic process changes. 

  • Serve as a technical expert in the analysis and evaluation of complex operational and administrative units related to departmental resources, services, systems, and programs. 

  • Interpret and presents complex data analysis results including explanation of techniques used, assumptions made, and summary of results providing timely response to customer requests. 

  • Establish and maintain detailed knowledge and documentation of all analysis/data sources within the department. 

  • Analyze departmental databases and provide timely responses to customer requests. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • High School Diploma or GED required. 

  • 4 years of Accounting, Revenue Cycle Management, Finance, Healthcare experience. 

  • Bachelor's Degree may substitute for work experience. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel 

 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred. 

  • Experience in healthcare or transferable industries (e.g., banking, finance). 

  • Vendor management experience. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. 

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.  

  • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.  

  • In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.  

  • In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
