If it's a fit, we'll introduce you to something good: either a role at Clera or at one of our partner startups. Simple.
Anyone who makes things. Engineers, designers, ops folks, interns with side projects that actually work. If you'd rather show what you've done than explain it in an interview, this is for you.
Path 1: Future Founders
You'll probably start something one day, just not yet. Right now you want to see how a good startup runs from the inside: ship with a fast team, touch different parts of the business, be in the room when things get decided.
Path 2: Ready to Focus
You've been the CEO, CTO, or the person who kept the whole thing running. Built teams, raised money, made it work. Now you want to go deep on one thing with people who are good at what they do.
We're picky. We want to see that you've done hard things before. You don't need all of these, but at least one should be obviously true.
