Job Details
A CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned.
- Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual’s use of community resources.
- Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping.
- Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be 21 years of age

What you'll do
- The Residential Counselor is responsible for providing active treatment to clients and assisting them with daily living activities. This includes training in personal hygiene, feeding, housekeeping, and participation in social and recreational activities.
