<p>As the Country Manager for the Middle East, you will shape the future of ClassPass in one<br>of our most dynamic regions. You will drive strategy, inspire a talented team, and<br>strengthen partnerships that bring movement, wellness, and joy to more people every<br>day.</p>
<p>Based in Dubai, this role partners closely with the Regional Director Europe & ME,<br>to grow the business and lead our regional strategy.</p>
<p>• Define and deliver the growth strategy for the Middle East, aligning it with<br> ClassPass’s global vision.</p>
<p>• Strengthen relationships with top fitness, wellness, and experience brands,<br> creating a thriving, sustainable partner network.</p>
<p>• Lead, coach, and empower a high-performing team of account managers and<br> sales professionals to reach ambitious goals.</p>
<p>• Identify and execute innovative supply strategies that expand our market<br> footprint and help ClassPass maintain a leading position in the Middle East<br> experience economy.</p>
<p>• Partner with Marketing to localize campaigns, launch new markets, and manage<br> budgets effectively.</p>
<p>• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align on corporate initiatives and<br> deliver consistent business results.</p>
<p>• Use data and insights to inform strategy, track performance, and continuously<br> optimize operations.</p>
<p>• Champion a culture of inclusion, curiosity, and collaboration that reflects the<br> spirit of ClassPass.</p>
<h2><strong>Experience You Bring</strong></h2>
<p>• Proven experience leading partner-facing teams across account management<br> and sales.</p>
<p>• A strategic mindset and analytical approach, with the ability to solve complex<br> business challenges.</p>
<p>• Strong understanding of P&L management, marketing fundamentals, and<br> commercial levers.</p>
<p>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse, cross-<br> functional teams and time zones.</p>
<p>• Demonstrated success in building relationships and negotiating with senior<br> partners or brand leaders.</p>
<p>• Strong organizational skills and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing<br> environment.</p>
<p>• Data-driven decision-making and a results-oriented approach.</p>
