1. High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., General Educational Development (GED), foreign equivalency, etc.).
2. Five (5) years of work experience in providing operations/support assistance and troubleshooting desktop computers and related systems; or, Associates degree with major area of study in an Information Technology (IT)related field such as management information systems (MIS), Computer science (CS), etc.; plus, three (3) years of work experience in providing operations/support assistance and troubleshooting desktop computers and related systems.

- The Computer Tech II position involves providing operations and support assistance, as well as troubleshooting desktop computers and related systems. This role is essential for maintaining the technology infrastructure at Spring Valley High School.
