About this role

We are looking for a Senior Team Lead, Digital Sales to drive new business growth and strengthen customer relationships with small to medium-sized clients through effective digital engagement. In this hands-on role, you will manage and mentor a team, oversee customer portfolios, and actively support prospecting and lead generation while ensuring alignment with internal teams and delivering exceptional results.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

  • Proficient in English language
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

What will you be doing in this role? 

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Business Development Representatives, overseeing day-to-day operations and guiding the team toward achieving growth and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Developing and executing digital sales strategies in partnership with management to support long-term revenue growth.
  • Enhancing cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment across teams to support shared business goals and strengthen collaboration.
  • Managing forecasting and portfolio analysis, working closely with sales teams to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Driving the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities, while serving as the primary escalation point for customer needs.
  • Leading quality and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and team performance.
  • Contributing to staffing and talent decisions to ensure the team is equipped with the right capabilities to meet objectives.

About the Team   

This position sits within the Academia & Government segment, a dynamic and mission‑driven part of our digital sales organization. You will be joining a collaborative team focused on supporting educational institutions and government organizations through scalable digital sales models, innovative customer engagement, and long‑term value creation. The team values partnership, continuous learning, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer experience.

Hours of work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours primarily within the CET time zone, while also covering partial shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
