About this role

El puesto

Responsable de ventas por canal con una gama limitada de productos o servicios de manera transaccional, con precios y márgenes restringidos. Brinda asistencia en la selección de piezas, cotizaciones, apoyo en el procesamiento de pedidos, agilización de órdenes y soporte técnico básico. Enfocado en la generación de nuevos negocios, con una gestión limitada de cuentas.

Lo que harás (áreas de impacto)

Planificación y ejecución: Realizar visitas presenciales a clientes según la ruta establecida diariamente.

Gestión de ventas y cobranzas: Planificar la venta y cobranza diaria por cliente, cumpliendo con la cuota asignada para el mes, siguientes los 7 pasos de la venta.

Cumplimiento de indicadores: Asegurar el logro de los indicadores de gestión (efectividad, cobertura, captación de nuevos clientes, manejo de cartera y volumen de ventas).

Atención al cliente: Ofrecer un servicio proactivo y de excelencia, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.

Gestión administrativa: Realizar las actividades administrativas necesarias para su gestión, como elaboración de cotizaciones, solicitud para notas de crédito, apertura de nuevos clientes y gestión de pagos adelantados, entre otras.

Asista a todas las reuniones solicitadas por nuestra compañía.

Cumple la ruta diaria de visitas presenciales según lo planificado.

Alcanza o supera la cuota mensual de ventas y cobranzas asignadas.

Logra consistentemente los indicadores clave de gestión (efectividad, cobertura, nuevos clientes, cartera y volumen).

Brinda un servicio al cliente proactivo y de excelencia, asegurando su satisfacción.

Ejecuta la gestión administrativa de forma oportuna y sin errores.

Participa activamente en las reuniones convocadas por la compañía.

Lo que traes

  • Experiencia: Experiencia mínima de 3 años comprobada en ventas prioritariamente dentro del rubro de automotriz.

  • Skills Fluidez en la comunicación a todo nivel.

  • Mindset: Enfocado en la distribución Horizontal.

  • Herramientas: Capacidad de negociación.

  • Educación: Universitaria

  • Experiencia en ventas de campo

  • Disponibilidad para viajar.

  • Tolerancia al trabajo bajo presión

  • Residir en la ciudad de Lima

  • Contar con brevete vigente (indispensable).
