About this role
Objetivos principales
- Ejecutar y controlar de forma oportuna y precisa los procesos de pagos a proveedores, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas internas, calendarios de pago y controles financieros. Actuar como punto de contacto (Help Desk) para proveedores y usuarios internos, garantizando una atención eficiente y profesional.
Principales responsabilidades
- Elaborar y ejecutar propuestas de pago de acuerdo con términos negociados, prioridades de negocio y cash flow.
- Ejecutar corridas de pago en QAD, así como validaciones previas y posteriores al pago.
- Monitorear pagos rechazados, reprocesos y ajustes necesarios.
- Realizar conciliaciones bancarias relacionadas con pagos a proveedores.
- Analizar y dar seguimiento a: Diferencias, Pagos duplicados, Pagos no aplicados o rechazados.
- Coordinar correcciones con tesorería y contabilidad cuando sea necesario.
- Atender consultas de proveedores sobre: Estatus de pagos, Fechas programadas, Comprobantes y aclaraciones.
- Brindar soporte a usuarios internos (compras, tesorería, operación) como primer nivel de atención (Help Desk).
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y controles SOX.
Requisitos
- Título universitario en Finanzas, Contaduría o afín.
- 2-3 años años de experiencia en las funciones del rol.
- Lenguaje: Inglés B2, Portugués (altamente deseable).
- MS Excel y herramientas MS office.
- Experiencia con ERPs como QAD o SAP (preferente).
- Conocimientos: Cuentas por pagar (facturas, propuestas de pagos).
