As a Project Manager, you will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of client studies, ensuring services are high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑budget. You will partner closely with internal teams and clients to drive operational excellence and support Clario’s mission of accelerating clinical research outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Planning & Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout phases of study management.
Gather customer requirements and translate them into clear instructions for internal teams.
Develop study documentation and manage equipment distribution and tracking.
Create and distribute reports; archive study data and documentation according to standards.
Set and manage customer expectations throughout the study lifecycle.
Monitor study timelines, budgets, and financial components including revenue forecasting, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation.
Identify study risks, implement mitigations, and escalate as needed.
Apply problem‑solving strategies to resolve customer issues while maintaining issue‑tracking documentation.
Facilitate internal/external negotiations and promote effective team collaboration.
Present study services at Investigator Meetings or site initiation meetings as required.
Attend client meetings with Business Development or operational teams to represent services and operational data flow.
Ensure completion and documentation of required training.
Support onboarding and training of new Project Management team members.
Perform additional duties or special projects as circumstances require.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree and/or demonstrated project management experience in the industry; Clario PM Certification as applicable per Line of Business.
1–4 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
Knowledge of the drug development process.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Detail‑oriented with strong responsiveness to requests and inquiries.
Valid passport and ability to travel up to ~20%.
