As an LPN in Assisted Living, you’ll play a key role in ensuring quality nursing care and supporting residents’ wellbeing. You’ll oversee and coordinate daily care tasks, supervise team members, and maintain thorough documentation.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care
- Supervising and supporting CNAs and QMAs on your shift
- Coordinating care duties and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Maintaining accurate and complete resident documentation
- Promoting a positive, resident-centered environment
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current LPN or RN license with the Indiana State Board of Nursing
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Knowledge of SNF regulations and nursing standards
- A genuine passion for caring for older adults
