Claratel Behavioral Health has an exciting opportunity for a Centralized Scheduler in our Claratel Connects Department at - 445 Winn Way, Decatur, GA 30030.

Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
Job Summary
The Centralized Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling outpatient appointments for clinical staff, including Just-In-Time (JIT) physician appointments, provider calendar reschedules, and referral-based visits. This role ensures timely access to services, accurate provider scheduling, and clear communication with clients. Working in the centralized scheduling department, the scheduler supports clinical operations by managing appointment workflows and helping clients navigate the scheduling process efficiently.
