<p data-path-to-node="3">We're looking for an <strong>Key</strong> <strong data-path-to-node="3" data-index-in-node="21">Account Manager</strong> to drive Clara’s growth and solidify our position as the leading spend management platform in Latin America. You will be at the forefront of our expansion in the Brazilian market, responsible for:</p>

<p data-path-to-node="4,0,0">Identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the mid-market and enterprise segments.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="4,1,0">Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="4,2,0">Partnering with prospective clients to understand their financial workflows and positioning Clara as a strategic solution for spend control and liquidity.</p>

<li>
<p data-path-to-node="4,3,0">Collaborating with the Product and Operations teams to share market feedback and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="4,4,0">Developing and executing territory plans to consistently exceed quarterly sales targets.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="4,5,0">Maintaining accurate records and forecasts within <strong data-path-to-node="4,5,0" data-index-in-node="50">Hubspot</strong> to ensure data-driven decision-making.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="9,0,0">7+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within Fintech, SaaS, or the financial services sector.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="9,2,0">Working proficiency in English and Portuguese.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="9,3,0">Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate sales workflows and prospecting.</p>
</li>

<p data-path-to-node="9,4,0">Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at the CFO and C-suite level.</p>

This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.</p>
