JOB SUMMARY

You are responsible for playing a key role in the coordination, planning, procurement, development, delivery and evaluation of departmental HR strategies to support and enhance the organization’s commitment to a performance improvement approach to human resources. You recommend and develop strategies related to recruitment, retention, leadership and employee learning and development and communication thereof. You also monitor work plans and measure outcomes, and coordinate HR activities and processes associated with departmental activities as well as joint departmental/corporate plans.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Completion of university degree in Commerce, Business or Public Administration, Human Resources, Adult Education or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a large organization with related experience in the planning and implementation of human resources activities including recruitment and selection and/or learning and development strategies.
