<p>As a <strong>Senior Corporate & GTM Recruiter</strong>, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling the business teams that power our global growth. From Sales, Marketing, and Finance to Operations, Legal, and People—you’ll ensure we hire world-class talent across our Corporate & GTM functions.</p>
<p>You will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for senior-level Corporate and GTM roles across multiple functions and geographies.<br><br></li>
<li>Partner directly with business and executive leaders to define hiring needs, craft role profiles, and align recruiting strategy with company goals.<br><br></li>
<li>Drive strategic hiring initiatives that strengthen our leadership bench, optimize time-to-fill, and elevate hiring quality.<br><br></li>
<li>Build robust pipelines through creative sourcing, competitive market mapping, and proactive engagement of high-caliber candidates.<br><br></li>
<li>Leverage data and insights to identify bottlenecks, improve process efficiency, and continuously raise the hiring bar.<br><br></li>

<li>7–10 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Corporate, GTM, or G&A functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations).<br><br></li>
<li>A strategic partner who can influence senior stakeholders and advise leaders on market trends, organizational design, and hiring strategy.<br><br></li>
<li>Proven track record managing complex, high-impact searches across multiple functions or geographies.<br><br></li>
<li>Exceptional communicator with the ability to pitch, persuade, and build trust with both candidates and executives.<br><br></li>
<li>Highly organized, data-driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.<br><br></li>
