Whether you're optimizing system efficiency, creating developer tools, or crafting seamless user interfaces, your contributions will drive impactful outcomes.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be the primary point of contact for all benefit-related questions and issues from vendors.</li> <li>Responsible for Annual Open Enrollment in partnership with the Global Benefits Manager.</li> <li>Own audit of vendor file feeds, error checking, and correction of all plans.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Own compliance requirements, ensuring all deadlines are met.</li> <li>Interface/consult with other team members to recommend solutions/provide technical reports on various issues</li> <li>Complete analysis, data collection, market practice comparisons, and drafting of presentations.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-5+ years of hands-on experience administering employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and leave policies.</li> <li>Strong understanding of benefits-related laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA) with the ability to ensure ongoing compliance.</li> <li>Comfortable working with HRIS and benefit administration systems, spreadsheets, and databases; strong attention to detail and ability to accurately maintain employee records.
