About this role

Salary Range: $60,029.62 - $92,456.00

Works under the general supervision of the Business Services Manager in the Finance Division by supporting supplier negotiations, conducting market analyses, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure sourcing activities align with the Citys strategic and operational goals. Coordinates sourcing activities to support the Citys material, quality, and service requirements. Assists with supplier negotiations and structured sourcing processes. Gathers and analyzes market data, vendor proposals, and benchmarking information. Tracks vendor performance through KPIs, scorecards, and performance reports.

Evaluates new sources and suppliers to ensure reliable, high-quality options. Collaborates with departments to clarify specifications and service needs. Utilizes ERP systems to manage sourcing data and generate analytical reports. Prepares sourcing summaries, analyses, and vendor evaluations for leadership. Contributes to the development of sourcing policies, standards, and efficiency improvements.
